• Sunday: Closed. On Sundays, we deliver funeral, wedding and party flowers only. Orders must be placed during store hours for Sunday delivery.

May 2nd is the last day we will accept special orders for Prom flowers, cemetery arrangements, corsages or any type of special party requests for Mother's Day week/weekend. Please order early ~ we cannot make exceptions.

Ordering Information

• You may choose to receive a copy of your order by email -keep the box on the order form checked. If you do not receive a copy, you entered an incorrect email address or you did not actually place the order. Your copy should arrive within minutes; if it does not arrive within 12 hours, you should call us to verify we received the order.

• Minimum online order is $25.00 + delivery
• Delivery charge is $7.42 per address which includes PA State Sales Tax. If you decide to stop in and pick up your flowers at our retail store, you do not pay the delivery fee.

• If you choose to pick up your order at our retail store, please note it in the "Ship To" section. We will manually adjust & remove the delivery fee. **Credit card needs to be presented for any in-store pick-ups; please be sure to bring it with you. We will not charge your credit card until you arrive.**

• Weekly Cash & Carry Specials! Check the "Retail Store" section of our web site.
• We occasionally offer online coupons issued directly by our retail store. We cannot accept coupons issued by Teleflora or FTD online - they must be presented in our retail store. Any other exclusions are printed on the coupons.
• No service/sending charge for any order delivered within the United States - a $10.00+ savings!
• There is no service charge/sending fee for orders placed to Canada or Puerto Rico. The software program may add the international relay fee but customer's credit card will not be charged that fee. Cost will be flowers + delivery + tax. We will email you the corrected total.
• International Order Charge is $21.20 Interflora Retrans Fee + $7.42 delivery fee which includes tax on those charges.
• International Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance because of time differences.
• Excepting Canada and Puerto Rico, other countries do not carry branded containers from FTD. Balloons are not available internationally.

• Daily deliveries throughout Wyoming Valley and Worldwide! It is best to have your order to us by 11:30AM ET for same day delivery.
• Time of delivery cannot be promised; we will attempt to honor requests.
• Most florists are closed on Sundays and celebrated holidays (for instance, Christmas Day). Please keep that in mind when choosing a delivery date.
• Rose and Balloon prices may vary for out-of-town orders. We will contact you if there are questions.
• If a florist has to make a substitution, it will be one of equal value and will keep the color scheme and design of the flowers you selected.
• We always contact you first if there is a question about a product or price before placing your order.

• Please note: Billing information you give us must match the information your credit card bank has on file.
• If you give us incorrect billing information or if your credit card is declined/has no available credit, please be advised that we will not telephone you but will communicate by email only. You are responsible for the information given and we will presume the credit card you are using is lost or stolen. If your credit card does not participate in the Address Verification System, we will not process your order. In such a case, the order is cancelled as a security caution for both our customers and our business.
• All billing information must be verified before sending your order. If your credit card company does not participate in the Address Verification System, processing of your order will be delayed or in most cases, cancelled. If we are unable to verify the information, we will refuse the order.

• Our Gift Cards Are Electronic & Can Be Swiped In Our Retail Store OR Recipient Can Give Us The Card # On The Back Of The Card By Phone. They Will Not Work Online. Gift Cards Are Available In Any Dollar Amount; Recipient Pays Tax For All Purchases. Gift Cards Are Valid For One Year From Activation.

• Most Middle & High Schools have strict delivery policies. In most schools, only employees may receive deliveries; please verify that your delivery will be allowed with the school's main office.
• We do weddings of all sizes and price ranges. Please call for your free in-store consultation!
